I wish there were an option to give a negative rating. We broke down while hauling an oversized load and called these guys for roadside assistance. They gave us an ETA of 90 minutes, but after waiting for over two hours, no one showed up. When we called for an update, we found out that they had never even dispatched a mechanic to us in the first place. Absolutely terrible management and communication. **Stay away from this company and donβt waste your valuable time.**

Terrible experience with this road service. On the phone they said they take min 2 hours, but somehow we were charged for 3 hours of labor. The actual work? Just a forced regen, which normally takes about 30β60 minutes max. Nothing complicated, no real diagnostics β yet they billed it like a major repair. Total charge was $700 for something that should cost a fraction of that. Completely unreasonable and feels like a clear overcharge. If they knew it was just a regen, they should have been honest about time and cost instead of inflating the bill. Avoid this service unless you want to overpay for basic work.

Sunday morning 1:30am drove a hundred miles to fix my air line with livestock on for a very reasonable charge. Thank you very much cause I was dead in the water

Was shocked that my bill was almost $1000.00 for a tire and roadside, that is ridiculous and highway robbery literally. would not recommend not that anyone will see this comment but incase they do
